Yashoda Mahadeo Kakade College of Engineering was one year old and barely known outside Talegaon Dabhade. In 90 days of content strategy and campaign execution, Triverse Solutions put it in front of 920,000 people across Maharashtra, generated over 400 admission enquiries, and closed CAP Round 1 at 95% seat allotment with 75+ students admitted — the highest of any engineering college in Maval taluka.

- Students admitted #1 in Maval, three rounds still open
A college in its second year has no reputation to spend. YMKCOE had campus, faculty and approvals, but almost none of the things that actually move an admission decision: recall in the district, a body of content a parent could look up, or a reason to be chosen over a college that had been enrolling students for a decade.
The brief from Indrayani Vidya Mandir Trust's leadership was not a marketing brief. It was a perception one — people had to start saying the college's name in a good light, and that meant building trust from nothing rather than amplifying trust that already existed.
Admissions do not wait. Maharashtra's CAP rounds open and close on fixed dates, so the entire effort had to land inside one narrow window against established Maval institutions with years of word of mouth behind them.
It was also Triverse's first admission campaign. We took it on as a strategic partner rather than a vendor on a scope of work — accountable for the outcome, not the deliverables.
Four decisions that shaped the outcome.
Fix the perception before the poster
We started with how the college was actually being talked about in Maval, not with a creative concept. Everything downstream — tone, claims, what we chose to show — was built to close the gap between what YMKCOE offered and what people assumed about a new college.
One identity, applied everywhere
Branding, creatives and print built as a single system rather than one-off posts. A parent who saw a hoarding, a WhatsApp forward and an Instagram post had to recognise the same institution each time — consistency is what reads as credibility at this stage.
Publish on the admission calendar, not the content calendar
Timing carried as much weight as the work itself. Output was sequenced against the CAP cycle so that awareness peaked before choices were filled in and pressure moved to enquiries as the round approached.
Run paid reach with a lead desk behind it
Campaigns were pointed at the districts that actually feed this college, and every enquiry landed somewhere it could be followed up rather than in a comment thread. Reach without a capture path is an impression, not an admission.
- 01
A complete brand and creative system built from scratch — campaign identity, posters, social creatives and print, all drawn from one visual language.
- 02
A content operation running across the admission window, with formats and posting rhythm matched to how families in the district actually find and evaluate a college.
- 03
Paid campaigns across Maharashtra, targeted at the catchment that realistically travels to Talegaon Dabhade.
- 04
Enquiry capture feeding the admissions desk directly, so interest generated by the campaign converted inside the CAP Round 1 window.
